Over the past three years, I have prioritized rest and seen massive benefits in all aspects of my life, from improved health and productivity to enhanced mental clarity and athletic performance.

Through my senior project, I have identified a significant issue within the St. Andrews Community: a large majority of our members are sleep-deprived. Recognizing the importance of quality sleep, I have dedicated myself to understanding and sharing the science and strategies behind better rest.
